An operator’s, chauffeur’s or similar type driver’s license, including a temporary license, issued by any state within the United States, District of Columbia, or any U.S. territory;

An identification card, including a temporary identification card, issued by any state within the United States, District of Columbia, or any U.S. territory, for the purpose of proof of age using requirements similar to those in sections 42-2-302 and 42-2- 303, C.R.S.; CODE OF COLORADO REGULATIONS 1 CCR 212-2 Marijuana Enforcement Division 98
A United States military identification card or any other identification card issued by the United States government including but not limited to a permanent resident card, alien registration card, or consular card;
A passport or passport identification card; or
Enrollment card issued by the governing authority of a federally recognized Indian tribe, if the enrollment card incorporates proof of age requirements similar to sections 42-2-302 and 42-2- 303, C.R.S.

We can accept Colorado digital ID’s provided on the “My Colorado” App. We cannot accept expired IDs.

State law allows patients to apply for a tax exempt status if certain guidelines are met, however, it only allows for state sales tax to be waived. The City of Colorado Springs has not passed a measure to exempt patients from city sales tax. Therefore, even if you have a tax exempt status with the state, Pure is still responsible for collecting and remitting city sales tax to the City of Colorado Springs.

Pure can only accept returns for products that are defective or damaged. This includes any products that are broken, leaking, or otherwise unusable due to a manufacturing defect or factors not caused by the consumer. In this case, please bring the unused, defective item and packaging back to the store where it was purchased along with your receipt within 7 days of purchase. Pure can exchange it for the same brand/item that was defective. If the same product is not available you will be offered a reasonable substitute. Pure cannot accept returns or exchanges for any other reason. Pure cannot accept returns or exchanges on flower or pre rolls for any reason.

Recreational shoppers can purchase up to 28 grams of flower, 8 grams of concentrate or 800 mg of infused product per day. There are equivalency rules in place. For example, one gram of concentrate is equal to 3.5 grams of flower. Medical patients can purchase up to 56 grams of flower, 8 grams of concentrate or 20,000mg of infused products per day. There are equivalency rules for medical products as well. For example, one gram of concentrate is equal to 7 grams of flower. The knowledgeable staff at Pure will walk you through the details and make sure you are within your lawful limits when you leave the store.

No. Unfortunately, Colorado does not offer reciprocity on medical marijuana cards from any other state.

Yes. We are allowed to accept a PDF version of your medical marijuana registry card.  Please be aware we can only accept the PDF version. We are not legally allowed to accept a photo or screenshot. We can also accept a printed version of your card as long as the state seal and wildflowers are visible, all text is readable and it is not altered or laminated.

Pure can process pin based debit cards. We also have an ATM available for your convenience.

You do not need a medical card to shop at Pure. All three Pure locations are dual licensed, which means we’re authorized to sell both recreational and medical cannabis. Please note that you must be 21 or older to enter the facility—regardless of whether you have a medical card.

If you are a medical cardholder and wish to purchase medical products, you must bring your medical card and ID with you every time. Pure employees are required to physically view and verify your card and ID at each visit.

If you’re shopping for recreational products, you’ll need to bring a valid government-issued ID every time you come in.

All medical and recreational shoppers must be 21 years of age or older to enter the facility.

Yes, however it must be in a closed child resistant container. It is illegal to consume cannabis in public and it is illegal to drive under the influence of cannabis. It is illegal to take cannabis across state lines.

Only a licensed M.D. or D.O. can issue medical marijuana recommendations to Colorado residents with a qualifying medical condition.
